Concrete overlay products can be sprayed on or trowel applied to most sound concrete surfaces to add color, texture, and slip resistance. Some systems can also be stamped or stenciled, allowing to achieve the same patterns possible with new concrete.

Many of today’s overlay products blend polymer resins with cement, sand and other additives to improve performance, slip resistance, aesthetic qualities and bonding to existing concrete. Many systems also resist damage from salt, pool chemicals, UV exposure, freeze-thaw conditions, and abrasion. Some products are formulated to dry super-fast, making it possible to a give a worn, lackluster pool deck a decorative makeover in as little as a day.

The texture granules are integrated into the coating as an essential part of the system and cannot be dislodged under normal use. We provide an ideal skid-resistant surface for pool decks, stair treads, wheelchair ramps and walkways. The coating system meets the recommended standards for accessible routes set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
